The client desired an easy-to-use iPad app that would aid therapy businesses in effectively managing their operations. In addition to scheduling patient appointments, the iPad application should be able to record medical records, treatment recommendations, appointment notes, schedule follow-ups, send out reminders for appointments, generate invoices, and produce a variety of reports that can provide insights into the operations of the business as a whole.
We understood that the success of the application depended strongly on enabling therapy businesses to use the iPad application to handle every part of their clients' and clinics' requirements and to ensure that the data was safely preserved and accessible even if the iPad device was inaccessible or defective.
